If your book order includes a PREORDER, it will be held and shipped together with other in-stock items in your order to minimize your shipping costs. If you wish your order to be split, contact us and we will work out your shipping together.
At this time, most Demonworld miniatures and accessories are shipped from the United Kingdom, so please allow 28 days for delivery. If your parcel hasn't arrived we can give you a shipping date, but until the 28-day mark, the parcel won't be declared officially missing by the Post Office. If there are any problems with your order please inform us as soon as possible!
Miniatures orders are usually posted within a week of order receipt -- you will receive a confirmation email when your order ships. The delivery times listed for the postage options are the Royal Mail's expected delivery times from the date of posting.
Where we CAN fulfill your Demonworld miniatures order from the US, we will calculate shipping and make an adjustment to your payment if there is a difference (this is more likely to be the case for larger orders; small orders are still subject to a handling fee from our fulfilment partner). You will be contacted if this is the case.
Some items may show as Backorder Products in your shopping cart. Being a small business, we run a tight inventory. This is especially the case with print-on-demand products, where we maintain low stock levels. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks shipping time for items showing in your shopping cart as being on BACKORDER. Generally this is on the lower time scale, but especially for print-on-demand products, there can be delays at the printer that are out of our control.
When ordering multiple items with BACKORDER products, see the comments on PREORDER above. Where possible, we will get your items to you in a timely manner, but we reserve the option to hold orders until all products can be shipped together. As we grow, our stock levels will also grow, so the number of products on backorder will be reduced. At time of writing, only a handful of products are subject to this constraint.†
There is an option to include your phone number when you sign up to this web site. Please note that we will NEVER pass your phone number on to a third party or use it for any purposes other than to contact you with regard to an order, though we will always attempt to contact you via email first. However, be aware that some Carriers request a phone number for larger orders, so it is possible that we may have to provide it to a courier company or ask you for a contact phone number when shipping your parcel.
All prices are listed in USD, exclusive of British VAT. You are responsible for reporting and the payment of any VAT owed. We accept payments via PayPal and/or Credit Card (via PayPalís Credit Card payment facility) ONLY. No checks or Money Orders, sorry!!
Please note, that your order may be subject to taxes levied by US customs on import. This is beyond our control and we accept no liability for any such charges. They are not included in our listed postage prices and we do not have the option of paying them in advance. By ordering on this site, you accept responsibility for any additional customs or postage surcharges not specifically included in your order with us.
Lastly, but importantly, FASA Games is working hard to build up a local supply of miniatures products for our US customers. Your business is important to us to achieve this goal as soon as possible, and ensure that we can lower both postage rates and improve delivery times to our US clientele. The more you use our services, the faster we will be able to bring direct service to the US.
